A Complaint

My university announced the field trip of the engineering department in September has been canceled because of the situation of COVID-19 in Tokyo. I was looking for the trip because I've been taking only online classes these days. The students haven't experienced specialized experiments and machine processing even though we are learning engineering. I know the judgment is right; the infection status will be getting worse. The number of vaccination is not enough, people are fed up with repeated states of emergency, and the Olympics looks not well-organized, but that's the way it is.

My university announced the field trip ofat the eEngineering dDepartment in’s September field trip has been canceled because of the COVID-19 situation of COVID-19 in Tokyo.
Engineering Department is capitalized because it is a proper noun, a given name, and not a generic noun.
I was looking forward to the trip because I've been taking only online classes these days.
“Looking forward” needs the preposition “to”. The converse, the phrase “looking back” can take the prepositions “on” or “at”, depending on usage.

I omit “these days” only because it does not add other information. Including it is not necessarily incorrect, it is just less concise.
The students haven't had any experienced with specialized experiments andor machine processing, even though we are learnstudying engineering.
I know the judgment is right;decision is the right one, and that the infection statusrate will be getting worse.
Judgement is more serious than decision and usually reserved for legal, corporate, moral, or psychological contexts.
The number of vaccination is not enoughNot enough people are vaccinated, people are fed up with repeated states of emergency, and the Olympics looks not well- poorly organized, but that's the way it is.
