This is a scene from the Peaky Blinders series.

Tommy is in a quitet salon full of people, with his secretary.

The room is big, has a fountain in the middle, it is magnificently decorated, and has a lot of vases with flowers.

The secretariy's name is Lizzie.

She wears a white dress; the hat is white too and has a fabric flower ion aone side.

Or, "She is wearing a white dress;".

Also, it would be more natural to say, "her hat is white" rather than "the hat is white".

All the time there are people walking through the room or drinking in a bar.

This is an okay sentence. Here is a way to make it a little more natural: "Throughout the scene," rather than "All the time,".

Alternatively, "During the scene,".

They two main characters are sitting inat a table chatting, when Tommy begins to smokinge.

Or more naturally, "Tommy and his secretary are sitting at a table chatting, when he lights a cigarette and starts smoking."

She is telling to him that she is not sure what she should do in that room with him.

Or more naturally, "She tells him"

He tells her that she has to flirt with a man that is in the room.

Or more naturally, "He tells her that she must"

She ask him for a piece of chalk and then writes something in their shoe sole.

I'm not sure WHOSE shoe sole she writes something in haha!

I don't want explain too much of this scene.
