A Bomb Threating

Someone sendt a bomb threat to universities around the country, andincluding my university also received it.

It says a timeid a bomb is going to explode at noon tomorrow.

"said" is the past tense of "says"

There isn't anyNo one has found a bomb or suspicious object so far.

I cannot understand why the offendersomeone did this.

"offender" is the correct word but "someone" sounds more natural.

Before the epipandemic, a student who doesn't want to take an exam might have donmade a bomb threat in order to cancel the exam.

"Pandemic" is a much larger "epidemic", which is what the world is experiencing right now.

Even so, the student would have had to pay the massive pricebeen punished.

I'm unsure what the "massive price" is. Is it a fine? Is it going to jail?

Making a bomb threat is not necessarily fraudulent. There can be a real bomb. The point you are making is that a bomb threat is a serious offense, even if there is no bomb.
