Someone send a bomb threat to universities around the country, and my university also received it. It says a time bomb is going to explode at noon tomorrow. There isn't any bomb or suspicious object so far. I cannot understand why the offender did this. Before the epidemic, a student who doesn't want to take an exam might have done a bomb threat in order to cancel the exam. Even so, the student would have had to pay the massive price. Bomb threatening is fraudulent obstruction of business even if there was no bomb.
