बड़ी होकर means “to grow up” with its feminine form here. The verb “to grow” is: बड़ा होना।

जब मैंने छोटी लड़की थी, मैं एक vet बनाना चाहती थी। मुझे animals बहुत पसंद थाे और मैं वेउनकी मदद करना चाहती थी। हालांकि, मैं स्कूल में अच्छाी नहीं हूँ। अब मुझे लगता है की मैं एक vet tech बनना चाहती हूँ।

I haven’t written the hindi word for “animals” here because in the casual form, i would use the english myself. But you can write जानवर (singular) for an animal as well. I’m unable to type the plural form of it in the Hindi script here but it’s “Jaanvaraan”. The rest of the corrections are mostly making sure that all words follow their gender or their singular/plural form according to the sentence.
