In Japanese class, while we were reading some text about the life of a sumo wrestler, I learned about a dish known as "chanko." According to the textbook, chanko is a dish containing many ingredients. Different types of meat, different types of seafood, tofu...

Eventually, I looked it up on Google Images, and pictures of delicious dishes appeared. "Ah, there are so many ingredients!" I thought, and since that moment, I really wanted to eat chanko.

At first, I unfortunately thought I wouldn't be allowed to eat it. I'm not a sumo wrestler, but an ordinary college student. A weak and skinny girl probably isn't going to be given chanko. However, according to people who live in Japan, there are recipes for chanko online. Also, because there are chanko recipes that don't use nabe, it's okay if I don't buy any special tools to make it.

There are many Japanese dishes that I want to eat, and chanko is no exception. Even if I get a stomachache from eating too much, I won't regret it.
