मैं हिंदी बोलना क्यों सीख रही हूं।
मैंने एक साल पहले हिंदी सीखना शुरू की. पहले मैं केवल हिंदी सीख रही थी क्यूंकि मेरा बॉयफ्रेंड भारत से है। तथापि, मुझे भारत और इसके लोगें जल्दी से प्यार गया। भले ही हम break up हैं तो मैं हिंदी सीख जारी रखूंगी।
अभी मेरा गोल उसके माता-पिता के साथ बात करने में सक्षम हो है जब वे US मिलने आते हैं। वे पिछले साल आने वाले थे लेकिन coronavirus हुआ। मेरा बॉयफ्रेंड का परिवार उस मिलने आ रहा है जबसे US एम्बेसी खुल गयी है।
मुझे लगता है वे आएँगे तो मेरी हिंदी में बहुत सुधार होगी।
शुरुआत में मुझे लगा कि हिंदी बहुत आसान है। अभी मुझे लगता है हिंदी नहीं आसान या नहीं मुश्किल है। अगर मैं हिंदी शब्द नहीं जानती तो मुझे पसंद है कि मैं हिंग्लिश का इस्तेमाल कर सकती हूँ।
I started learning Hindi about a year ago. At first, I was only learning Hindi because my boyfriend is from India. However, I quiclky fell in love with India and its people. Even if we break up then I will continue to learn Hindi.
Right now, my goal for Hindi is to be able to speak with his parents when they come to visit us. They were supposed to come last year but the coronavirus happened. My boyfriend's family will be coming to visit us now that the US embassy is open.
I think that my Hindi will improve a lot when they come.
In the beginning I felt that Hindi was very easy. Right now, I think Hindi is not easy or difficult. I like that I can use Hinglish if I do not know the Hindi word.

शुरुआत में मुझे लगा था कि हिंदी बहुत आसान है। अभीब मुझे लगता है कि हिंदी नसीखना ना हीं आसान यहै ना नहीं मुश्किल है। अगर मैं किसी हिंदी शब्द को नहीं जानती तो मुझे पसंदये जानकर अच्छा लगता है कि मैं हिंग्लिश का इस्तेमाल कर सकती हूँ।

Do pay attention to the tenses. अगर आप tenses को सही से use करेंगी तो उस से pta chlega k कोई एक्टिविटी हो रही है/थी या होगी।
For example, Aapke boyfriend k parents aaye हैं/थे या आएंगे।
Present tense में sentence k आखिरी शब्द हैं/हूं etcetera hota है।
Past tense k liye hum था/थे/थी use krte hai और future k liye sentence Ka आखिरी word गा/गी etcetera se खत्म होता है।

Break up sentence is the wrong tense, needs to be a hypothetical statement not habitual.
भले ही pairs with फिर भी I think
फिर भी मैं हिंदी सीखती रहूँगी।
गोल is probably not correct because it means circular in Hindi.
मैं उसके माता-पिता से बात करना चाहती हूँ । यह मेरा प्रमुख्य लक्ष्य है । (I think लक्ष्य is the right word for aim or goal but also not 100 per cent sure.)
it's not के साथ but से (this is something specific to this verb)
subject + person you're talking to takes से + बात करना
मेरा बॉयफ्रेंड का परिवार उस मिलने आ रहा है ... I think you wrote us in devanagari but meant हम ?
Maybe think of the sentence as will meet us instead of are coming to meet us.
जब वे यहाँ आएँगे तो मुझे उम्मीद है कि मेरी हिंदी बेहतर होगी । (I know this isn't quite what you said but this is just a suggestion that kind of means what you meant. मुझे उम्मीद है means I expect)
शुरुआत में मुझे लगा कि हिंदी सीखना बहुत आसान था ।
अभी मुझे लगता है कि हिंदी सीखना न आसान न मुश्किल है ( I think... neither nor has a construction too.)
तो मुझे हिंग्लिश का इस्तेमाल करना पसंद है ।

ok I just found it: Subject + न तो + object + verb + न ही + object + verb is the construction for neither nor
so: अभी मुझे लगता है कि हिंदी सीखना न तो आसान न ही मुश्किल है । Is my best bet for the time being.

Thank you so much Sarah! I'll posted my journal in a Hindi group and I'll text you how the corrected it too! I can put yours in there too -- there is a Hindi speaker in the challenge but doesn't seem like they have had time to go through ours yet!
