Haredi Jews
Open to any feedback
There is an old saying in English: be as rich as a Jew. Haredi Jews do not have to work. They pray for a long time every day. They ban smartphones and the Internet. They do not serve in the military and oppose the creation of the State of Israel. They believe that the destruction of Israel was the will of God. If the Jews do not obey God's plan, there will be great disasters in the future. Before the founding of the State of Israel in 1948, Jews were scattered all over the world. That is why it is not surprising that a Jew can speak three languages. According to statistics, the population of Israel is about 9.75 million, and the population of Haredi Jews is about 1.4 million. In contrast to Modern Orthodox Judaism, which hastened to embrace modernity, the approach of the Haredim was to maintain a steadfast adherence to Jewish religious law by segregating itself from modern society. Their communities are primarily found in Israel, North America and Western Europe.
There is an old saying in English: To be as rich as a Jew.
This, or a statement like it, has a long history in English, yes. That said, I would strongly advise adopting this expression as it is a harmful stereotype.
They ban/shun/avoid smartphones and the Internet.
"Banning" when you prevent others from doing something. "Shunning" and "avoiding" are used when you yourself do not do the thing.
They do not serve in the military and opposeopposed the creation of the State of Israel.
Overall feedback
As a factual matter the parts about the Haredim not working and not serving in the military are overly general. Although I am not a scholar of Judaism it is my understanding that some in fact do both of those things. That said it is definitely true that many of their practices are controversial, particularly in Israel where they form a large minority with political influence. I have not seen anything to suggest that they are in any way rich.
They pray for a long timehours every day.
Long durations would work as well
They ban smartphones and the Internet.

Ban or banned? Ban sounds continuous. If its something they are done with, banned woukd work best here.
If the Jews do not obey God's plan, there will be great disasters in the future.

Also a belief… ‘… they believe that if they do not obey…

Lovely, learnt something today. Good job! 👏🏽
They ban smartphones/ they ban the use of smartphones and the Internet.
Before the founding of the State of Israel in 1948, Jews were scattered all over/ around the world.
ThatIt is why it is not surprising, therefore, that a Jew can speak three languages.
Initial sentence is ok, but I'd say this has a better flow
In contrast to Modern Orthodox Judaism, which hastened to embrace modernity/ modern values and norms, the approach of the Haredim was to maintain a steadfast adherence to Jewish religious law by segregating itself from modern society.
