Back from Vacation
Open to any feedback
I stayed on the top of the mountain for a few days. At the top of the mountain, the air is fresh and there are very few tourists. The mountains were cool and comfortable, especially in the mornings and evenings. I'm back home after my vacation. Thinking about this heat that will last for more than another month is quite discouraging. Travel always makes me eat far more than I should, so I quickly gain weight. I don't like overweight, so I went to the gym as soon as I got home, and my weight was back to normal within two days. I'm always amazed at how quickly my weight goes up and down.

Really good work! There were only a few minor corrections here.
I stayed onat the top of the mountain for a few days.
At the top of the mountain, the air is fresh and there are very few tourists.

Grammatical, but it would be more natural not to repeat "at the top of the mountain." For example, "The air is fresh up there and there are very few tourists".
I'm back home after my vacation.

More natural to say "I'm back home now after my vacation " or "back home from my vacation".
Thinking about this heat that will last for more than another month is quite discouraging.

You want UK English (please note correctors!), so "vacation" > "holiday"
