Crab is better than lobster

Yesterday, I had crab, which reminded me about the differences between lobster and crab. People living in the US prefer lobster over crab. The reason is because it's easy to eat. Nevertheless, lobster meat is tougher than crab meat, and not as delicious as crab. Although crab is definitely hard to eat, it has a rich flavor and its meat is soft. Even though it's hard to eat, Asians like eating crab.
昨天我吃了螃蟹，这让我想起了龙虾和螃蟹之间的区别。 在美国生活的人更喜欢龙虾而不是蟹。 原因是它更容易吃。 不过，龙虾肉比蟹肉更硬，也不如蟹肉美味。 虽然蟹确实很难吃，但味道浓郁，肉质柔软。 尽管螃蟹很难吃，亚洲人还是喜欢吃螃蟹。
