The semester exams and school finished. I came to Spain and went to school in Spain, I had a lot of fun and sad memories although I’m glad and happy I came to Spain.

We more often use "are over" or "are done." You could also say, "I'm done with exams and school."
I came to Spain and went to school in Spain, I had a lot of fun and sad memories although I’m glad and happy I came to Spain.
