If I could read people’s minds
Open to any feedback
Have you ever wondered what it would be like to have the ability to read people’s minds? I have. And I’ve also imagined myself having many other superpowers: flying, controlling time or telekinesis. I think we all must think through all these possibilities, because we should be ready… just in case. Regarding the mind reading thing, I’m on the fence. On one hand, I reckon it would be pretty cool. For one, you could make a killing playing poker. On the other hand, do we really want to know what others think of us? Of course, we don’t. So, my conclusion is that I’d only want to have this ability if I had a sort of switch through which I’d be able to enable and disable mind reading at will. I guess having a superpower must be much of a hassle. Not to mention the responsibility. What a terrible person I’d be if I didn’t use it to save people. I’d rather remain as a short-sighted fellow whom nobody expects to save anyone.

Muy bien.

I capitalized it according to title capitalization rules.
And I’ve also imagined myself having many other superpowers: flying, controlling time or, telekinesis.
If you meant this to be an exhaustive list, the original is right. But if there were even more superpowers than you listed, leaving out words like "or" and "and" implies there are more.
I think we all must think through all these possibilities, because we should be ready… just in case.
Not incorrect, but using "all" twice like this feels a little awkward
Of course, we don’t.

Original isn't wrong, this just reads better to me
I guess having a superpower mustmight be too much of a hassle.
Using "guess" which introduces doubt, with the word "must" which expresses certainty, sounds contradictory to me

Really expressive writing, it was fun to read!
And I’ve also imagined myself having many other superpowers: like flying, controlling time, or telekinesis.
"and" + "myself" are not incorrect, just a bit redundant i feel like the list following the : shouldn't include the word "or" unless it's properly connected to the full sentence, hence why I got rid of the colon and added a conjunction
I think we all must think through all these possibilities, because we should be ready… just in case.
"all" being repeated so close together just sounds slightly odd
For one, you could make a killing playing poker.

VERY!
I guess having a superpower must be much of a hassle.
you could alternatively say "quite a" hassle, i don't know why but "much of" just doesn't work here for me?
Not to mention the responsibility.!
this is not a complete sentence - which I think is fine because we all speak in this way, and I think informal texts on the internet are more a transcription of casual speech than always needing to be a proper attempt at formal written English - but it's such a short statement, and it's an observation, it feels like an exclamation better serves it
I’d rather remain as a short-sighted fellow whom nobody expects to save anyone.

rare correct use of the word "whom" :)

very well written, I realized halfway through reading it the first time that I should probably correct your stylistics more than just hard grammar/vocabulary since you're clearly advanced. on the topic of the actual journal: who cares what people think of me! i want poker money!!
