- Yes. You can cancel in a couple of clicks from your subscription page, whenever you like.
- What happens when I cancel?
- Your cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid term: you keep Premium until then and are not charged again. Your journal and corrections stay yours either way.
- What about refunds?
- Yearly plans are refundable within 7 days of your first purchase: email us at support [at] langcorrect [dot] com and we will take care of it. Renewals and monthly charges are not refundable, but you can cancel anytime and keep Premium until the end of the term. If a charge looks wrong, write to us either way.
- Which payment methods can I use?
- Checkout is handled securely by Stripe. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover.
