In more casual settings, "You are" can be shortened to "You're"

The same thing can be applied to any pronoun that is followed by "is." "He is" vs "He's." "She is" vs "She's." Not really a recommendation, but it does help speed up the process!

Spoiled is used for food, unless describing a person's personality as spoiled. Rotten has a strong context to it, implying the tooth is causing grave danger to the person. The more simple phrase to use is something generic like "his tooth has a cavity"
