There is a big problem in Russia - to findfinding a good suitable nanny.

We haven’t a normal, mature developed nanny market.

We have about 3 resource with offers from nannyresources through which nannies can offer their services.

Having met her is essential information I think, so I wouldn't put it in commas with a "which" statement

I didn't know if you meant she could not visit for long or if she couldn't stand up for long If the latter, then: "she couldn't stay on her feet for a long time"

I think, it is a very strange desigiondecision to work with a little baby , when you are sedentary personhave limited mobility.

"sedentary" feels more like a lifestyle choice than an impairment. Like actively choosing to not exercise, even though your body is capable

By the way, what is the difference between a nanny and a babysitter?

"Nanny" makes me think of a live-in maid that the child grows up with, or in modern times at least a babysitter that has a long term commitment to the family. They become like a family member. A babysitter could be someone you simply hire for one day.

"Trial" is a better choice when it comes to giving somebody a shot at proving themselves.

To be a nanny is a to hold long-term position. A babysitter is more of a temporary position, sometimes watching children for only a night while the parents are busy.
