In Inglese usiamo l'esspressione "brotherly love" per descrivere questa idee. Certo, funziona solo se voi siete uomini man è una buona idee la sapere in ogni caso. L'esspressione è, per esempio, il motto della città di Philadelphia "The city of brotherly love" chi prende il suo nome della stessa espressione nel grecho "Philadelphia".

  Hmm, non esato... In quello caso funzionerebbe "sisterly love" migliore. Il problema è che parole come "brotherly" significano che è il fratello che ama qualcun'altro. È la stess'idea come "fraternity" o "brotherhood" che non si usa per significa un gruppo di uomini e donne. "Sibling love" è correto ma non credo che io lo abbia mai sentito. "Love between siblings" suona più naturale. È una buona domanda!

"Were" è "sia". Come sai, a noi non piace molto il congiuntivo. Lo usiamo per la maggior parte solo in questo contesto. È un buona idee di pensare della canzone "If I were a rich man"
