When i'm at my home, I like to play videogames and when I am outside, I love to play any sport (especially football, workout and Muay Thai) and to take a trial.

Not sure what you mean by take a trial, maybe "practice?" is what you are looking for! Also, workout is a verb, and isn't really considered as much a sport (since sports are usualyl referring to everything where you compete). You could say: I love to workout and to play any sport ( especially football and Muay Thai)
