Tokyo Disney Resort has a lot of attractive souvenirs. However, because of my husband's job, he and I have to relocate frequently, so I don't want to have too many things and frequently don't buy souvenirs.
Despite that, the series of 25th anniversary postcards strongly attracted me.

Motifs of each theme port at Tokyo DisneySea are designed on the postcards. They are so sophisticated that they could be displayed even in a museum.
They are thin, small, and easy to store. Moreover, they are affordable: 350 yen + tax per piece. We bought all 9 types.
In addition, we bought a 25th anniversary pin badge.
During this visit, we had lunch at a show restaurant themed after Duffy & Friends. We got included felt coasters.
There are 7 types in total, and one is randomly given per person. We got two different designs: one featuring ShellieMay, a teddy bear girl, and the other featuring Olu Mel, a sea turtle boy.

場所も取らないし、比較的安価（1枚350円＋税）なこともあり、全種類（全９枚）購入しました。
ほかにも25周年記念ピンバッヂも購入しました。
また、今回はダッフィー＆フレンズのショーレストランで昼食をとったのですが、オマケとして布製コースターも入手しました。 全7種のランダム封入で、シェリーメイ（熊のぬいぐるみの女の子）とオル・メル（亀の男の子）があたりました。

I've heard of Duffy & Friends! It's only available at Disney parks and resorts in Japan, so many Americans don't know about it.
Thank you for your feedback. Duffy & Friends are mainly featured at Tokyo DisneySea, but you can also meet them at Hong Kong Disneyland, Shanghai Disneyland, and Aulani, a Disney Resort & Spa. While their popularity in Japan has started to settle down, it is rapidly growing in China.

Your original sentence isn't wrong grammatically, but it sounds a bit excessive and formal in regards to talking about just a postcard. It might be more natural if you were a post card collector or enthusiasts and the Disney postcards that you saw were especially appealing and attractive.

Or do you mean that the restaurant's theme is based on the show called Duffy and Friends? It is a little confusing and difficult for me to know which. The words "show restaurant themed" is a little confusing for me. You could say we had lunch and a show at a restaurant themed after Duffy and Friends. Or you could say we had lunch at a restaurant whose theme was based on the show Duffy and Friends. Just to make it a little clearer for the reader.

Very nice writing as usual! I just added a few things I thought would make it sound a bit more natural but not much was wrong grammatically.
Sorry for the confusion, and thank you for your suggestion! What I meant is that we had lunch at a restaurant where guests can watch a show while eating. The restaurant is themed around Duffy & Friends, and they also appear in the show. Also, felt coasters were included with the set menu.

I wouldn't say something "is designed ON", but rather "shown" or "depicted". You COULD say something is designed FOR an objective, or designed AS something.

However, because of my husband's job, he and Iwe have to relocate frequently, so I don't want to have too many things and frequently don't buy souvenirs.
I don't think "he and I" is wrong, but we sounds more natural.

or you can say, "Despite that, I was really interested by the series of 25th anniversary postcards." Again, strongly isn't incorrect, you can have a "strong interest in (something)", but it's more common to say "really/ very interested", less often "highly/ greatly interested"
