My hobbies are basic but I love them. Some people could write about their passion for climbing mountains, riding motorbikes, or any activities involving adrenaline. But I don't. What do I like to do?
- Reading books
- Writing (in Spanish)
- Watching Netflix
- doing some exercise
- playing videogames
I'm kind of average but I'm happy. Besides, my not-so-exciting hobbies are easy to practice even in pandemic times, so I've not stopped enjoying them.
My favorite book is The Lord of the Rings, but I also like reading all kinds of books. Although I usually have a better time reading fantasy than other genres. The last book I really enjoyed was "Kings of the Wyld" by Nicholas Eames and the last book I've read it is "Star Wars Lost Stars" by Claudia Gray (also cool). I would recommend both of them to you.

I recommend them both.
Feedback
What I corrected wasn't technically incorrect or unnatural but I think it would be better to say "I recommend them both." in this context.

- Reading books
Your version is not incorrect, but it does not match up with the previous sentence "What do I like to do?" If you change that to "What do I like?" then "Reading books" reads correctly.

Same comments here.
- doing some eExercise
"Exercise" is both a noun and a verb, so you can use it as a verb in place of "doing some"
- playing videogames
Same comments in terms of agreement with the lead-in sentence.
