What do I do to avoid procrastination?

Nothing!
I procrastinate!
I don't think procrastination is a bad thing.
Not sure, but those theories about procrastination probably come from the business world and those measurements of productivity and efficiency with the aim to line humans with robots. IMHO, such things are not applicable to humans.
Humans are not machines. Humans cannot be consistent.
If someone "procrastinates", I would rather ask a question "why are you not motivated to do the things you are supposed to do" than make a conclusion that someone procrastinates considering it bad.

Feedback

Good job here. In a few places, I think that the larger sentences can benefit from being broken into smaller pieces.
