- Or: "high-stakes tests"
- Or: "estimate the expected outcomes and evaluate unexpected ones." It does not make sense to "estimate" unexpected outcomes, since estimation implies some sort of expectation.
- "America Education Associations" does not sound like an organizational name that would exist. "American Education Association" would make more sense, as would "organizations dedicated to American education" (if the plural is important) or perhaps "the Association of American Educators" (though the meaning of that is a bit different).

2. credibility, scattered ¶

"War area" is not idiomatic; use instead "war zone" or maybe "area of conflict."

- "Scattered" doesn't really work here. It would imply that the mood weakened, rather than strengthened. I would also associate it more with things that can be attached to physical objects or people, roughly speaking, and in the context of "an anti-war mood," that doesn't really make sense to me.
