Time difference

When I signed up this account, I sat time zone at Japan (UTC+9). But my posting time is delayed 16 hours. (Would "My post was behind 16 hours." be better?)
Taking into account summer time, It might be at Los Angeles (UTC-8). I wonder if service developer lives there and it would be standardized.
I'm not worried if my posts are buried into other posts until now.
I'm going to post here during an active time in America and other Western countries, where people are likely to correct my English.

Corrections

When I signed up for this account, I saet the time zone ato Japan (UTC+9).

The past participle of sit is sat. This is not the case for set. Two different verbs. :)

I would prefer the following phrasing:
When I created this account, I set the time zone to Japan (UTC+9).

But my postingactual time is delayed 16 hour16 hours behind this.

(Would "My post was behind 16 hours." be better? )

I prefer what I've corrected it to or:
But my actual time is 16 hours delayed from this.

Taking into account summer time, It might be at Los Angeles (UTC-8).

I wonder if servicethis website's developer lives there and it would bthus it is the standardized.

I'm not sure if I've correctly understood what you are trying to say here.

I'm not worried if my posts are buried intounder other posts until now.

I'm going to post here during an active time in America and other Western countries, where people are likely to correct my English.
