I decided to stop watching porn movies due to somefor reasons that I will tell youexplain later.

I started to watch porn when I was 13 years old.

I remember thate day when mya relative showed me themy first porn video.

It was sovery exciting, because we live in a Muslim country where we couldn'tnever see naked women or normal.

I am not sure what you mean by "or normal".

My religion forbids us to watchlook at naked women or such things, and commeands us to lower our gaze.

"or such things" isn't clear, so you need to state explicitly what you mean.

After a few months later, I bought a used computer.

To my surprise, porn sites in my country and in most Muslim countries are banned, but I searched for a solution for myway to overcome this problem.

I found an article talking about VPN softwares, and I imdmediately downloaded one.

Now I had a full access to many porn sites.

As I said earlier In, my religion doing such thing ies not allowed this, and it considerregards it as a bad deed.

I did thiscontinued to watch porn for years and I couldn't stop it.

FeelingI felt ashamed and guilty.

I've had this disorder since I was a kid, and read that book in the hope that I could treat myself.

To my surprise, even in thate book I found some people's stories about theirpeople who had strugglinged with porn addiction and OCD.

I learned that Pporn addiction can be related to OCD.

I managed to reduce the amount of time I spend to watching porn.

INow, instead of watching porn every day, I reduced that to each 5-watch it only every 5 or 6 days.

Now I feel much better than ever before, because watching porn is so dangerous for my health and undermines my faith.
