My planners and journals
Since my military service, I have tried to write my planners and journals every day.
For reporting my captain , I had to write daily, weekly and monthly planners.
At the same time, I started to write my journals when I had a free time.
Now, I have been writing them for 15 years and I have 2 planners and 3 journals.
The planners are works of my job and for my self development.
I transferred them from paper to online tools 5 years ago.
Because I always have my smart phone anytime, it is easy to access the planners by online.
The journals are also for different purposes.
The first journal is about my emotion.
It is kind of the cognitive treatments that I can find out why I am mad or sad.
After writing the diary, I can reduce my stress.
The second journal is about new experiences.
When I do or know new things, I write it more than one sentence.
Not only cleaning my room, but also quotes from books are topic of the journal.
It helps to improve my routines, especially learning English.
The last journal is called 10 years journal. (Actually I can't describe this journal clearly.)
Each page of the journal is for the same days in different years.
For example, there are journals from 2011 to 2021 on April 23rd page.
So I can review my old days what I did on the same day in 2011, what I did on the same day in 2016.
This journal gives me inspirations.
These are all of my planners and journals.
I highly recommend to write anything every day, and someday it will make it up to you .
