I feel I learn English all my life, and my English is very bad.
I want speak english, because I see what there are many publications in this language, and now I don't have the possibility of funny

In English, I would write this as:
I want to speak English in order to be able to read many publications in this language. Currently, I do not have the ability to take advantage of them.
I'm not sure how "the possibility of funny" relates to "la posibilidad de disfrutarlas".
"Funny" is an adjective, and can be translated as "divertido" or "cómico".
