My failed IELTS tests
The title is a little bit misleading because I didn't take any real IELTS tests, I only take free online sample IELTS reading tests. It's a free online test, right? Then how can I failed? I failed because I put very high expectation since I usually get lower score on real tests. But this completely backfired and cause me to give up as my score fluctuate between 6 and 7.5. And as I slowly losing my sanity, my scores gradually dip, it've even got to a point that I got a 3.
tbh, I haven't got back to do any IELTS tests. I just found a better way to learn English and that place is here, langcorrect. Langcorrect, imho, is the best place to learn English so far and the most enjoyable one too.

what do you mean by "this"? your expectation or lower grades in real tests? it is not clear?

Many thanks for your reply! It was really eye opening to read your experience. I am having similar issues with German. I only had to make small changes. Please watch out for tenses in sentences with connectors! Good luck!

Ironically, I can speak understandable English but I can't get a high score on an IELTS test. I think IELTS test is only for testing purposes, not for learning purposes. This realization is the real reason I gave up on taking IELTS tests. This is only my opinion though :)).
