My experience

I have strong confidence that I am capable of further learning of this major. One significant driver is that I am a qualified member to your program in terms of social practice accumulation. Taking some concrete instances, I have significant leadership experience as a deputy store manager of a makeup shop. During my tenure, I led our sales team to achieve first place in terms of sales volume. I am also a good team player and independent problem solver as a sales assistant of Kenji department in Decathlon. I assisted the manager and solved many challenging problems through time management, via establishing a clear division of work and with the whole-hearted cooperation of every team member, during which I was awarded the Outstanding Member of Staff and was chosen as the Service Star for my excellent performance. Moreover, my experiences as a member of multiple school clubs and an organizer in arranging the Star of Outlook English Talent Competition have greatly enriched my college life and also helped to improve my communication and organizational skills. Another key factor involves my keen interest in luxury goods, fashion and sales management expertise. I have dabbled in a wide range of books and took business-related online courses and completed these course with certificates in my spare time, which definitely widened my knowledge preserve. For instance, the online course-Financial Markets of Yale University offered me an overview of the ideas, methods, and institutions that permit human society to manage risks and foster enterprise; Successful Negotiation: Essential Strategies and Skills of University of Michigan greatly improved my ability to negotiate. To successfully complete these online courses, I was required to take tests and carry out thesis.
