how are you? What is your new plan about your future work that you wanted to share with me? I know it is hard for you to decide which job you want to do. It is for me hard, too…
I found an interesting job model: it is “crowdworking”, but it can be called “crowdsourcing” or “Gig-Economy”.
So it is a job model when people do not need to go to office or enter into a contracts. They can work even at the beach. Only one important thing is a good internet connection.
Average age of crowdworkers is 36 years old. They are mostly better educated and qualified then others. Because of it they do not want to work in the office and want to be independent. Usually there are creative jobs and projects as designers, architects or programmers.
This job model has a very important advantage: It is in demand. Even now so much German companies like Adidas Airbus and Volkswagen need help of this creative workers. The crowdworkers make this type of work that previously were performed manually.
As disadvantages the author mentions a hard competition and control of workers via screenshots or measuring keystrokes. One important problem is the lack of confidence in earnings. The salary for one hour of work can be 10 or 70 euro. For one project it is possible to get 2500€ but some of them cost 3€.
For the future work world is always different but as we know and see these jobs are in demand already now.
