Laziness always beats proactive attitude, isn't it?

I randomly choose words, expressions, phrasal verbs etc. from my flash cards and my task is to incorporate them into meaningful sentence/s or a short story.

ALL-OVER-BODY WORKOUT, MAKE GREAT STRIDES, FURLOUGH, SMTH IS A TIME AWAY, LATCH

It could be extremely frustrating to find yourself is being furloughed for uncertain period of time.
All bad habits that are hiding in the dark corners of your mind, soul and body start to appear demanding their share in your life.
Overindulge is one of them. It always come hand on hand with laziness. At the beginning we’re eager to eat healthy food because we'd read a lot of scientific, semi-scientific and not-even-close-scientific articles about it.
But time passes, our enthusiasm begins fading away, quality gradually decreases, quantity sharply rises though.
Homemade food is replaced fast and ready-to-cook food.
We are stuck in a situation that I call ‘vegetation without vegetables’. Been there!
From now on we basically have two options.
Firstly, to lock all locks and to latch all latches from any changes and keep to a self-perpetuating spiral of self-pity and overindulging. Or…
Secondly. I know, it might sound as hackneyed phrase, but we must to be proactive especially physically. Our willingness to do that could initiate further changes.
It doesn’t matter whether the returning to workplace could be a long time away or in a week.
You don’t need to make great strides in bodybuilding or fitness. You don’t have to become a professional athlete after the furlough. Just find something that suits you and also can bring you some joy, one thing though, it should be exercises for all body.
Choose one suited all-over-body workout program and stick with it.
This kind of simple activity keeps your body strong, your mind proactive and helps you get through tough times.
So. Get up. Sit down….Get up. Sit down…Get up. Sit down…and so on 100 more times.
