Emptying my mind and focusing only on my breathing. When I can't sleep, it means too many thoughts come to mind for me. If I really can't sleep, I tell myself it's okay, a little less sleep won't affect the next day; but I don't check what time it is, because if I look at the time and realize that hours have passed since I went to bed, but I didn't fall asleep, it will give me more anxiety and I won't be able to sleep at all. Turning off my phone before bed and going to bed on time is also helpful.
