An Irritating thing

ponta 306 · May 5

Target Language - English

One of the irritating things is the percentage stops at 99% when I download or upload something. For example, when I tried to transfer data from USB to my laptop, it's going well until 90%. However, the last 10% was longer than the 90%. The rise speed of the number was slower, and it stopped at 99% for a certain time.
I wonder why this phenomenon often happens. I guess it's like I lied I did my homework when asked, and had to do it desperately later.

Overall feedback & comment:

I think programming progress bars is very tricky, because a lot of the time the computer doesn't really know how long something will take. It just has to guess, which is why it's annoying when it gets it wrong, haha.
